3 Ingredient Banana Pancakes! Dairy Free!

Sometimes you want something healthy but also easy, but also dairy free! Well I gotchu! Try this super simple banana pancake recipe! It only takes 3 ingredients!
1 Banana
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

LETS BEGIN
First you want to start by peeling a banana and mashing it in a bowl. Mash till its kind of like chunky soup.

Next add two eggs and mix together!

Now add vanilla extract and mix again.

Now you'll need a pan set to medium heat and spray your pan. Then scoop out 1/4th cup of pancake mix.

I flip the pancake when the top starts to look done enough I can flip it without it spilling. Almost like a wet cake look. Expect to take a few minutes for each pancake.

Serving size enough for 1-2 people!
