DIY Pumpkin Garland
Need some last minute house décor for Halloween or thanksgiving? Then lets make a pumpkin garland together! In this short tutorial I'll show you everything you need to know from folding, taping, coloring, and hanging it on the wall! Its gunna be fun!

You will need:
Orange Tissue paper
tape
patients with folding
yarn or string of choice
You can watch my video and follow along or use the pictures below!
STEP 1.) Start with a square piece of tissue paper and fold half ways into a triangle.

STEP 2.) Fold in half again to make a smaller triangle.

STEP 3.) Open up the triangle and fold down into a diamond shape.

STEP 4.) Flip over and do the same to the other side

STEP 5.) Take the Flaps and fold them down at the crease two times on each side. Do the same thing with the other side so you get a diamond shape.

STEP 6.) Fold down the top and bottom corners to create the top and bottom of the pumpkin. (I usually make the top fold bigger then the bottom fold.)

STEP 8.) Tape edges down on the back.

I like to use washi tape for a fun crafty feel but since it will be up against the wall no one will see it ;) If you will be hanging it in a way people can see it just make two pumpkins and glue them together!

Step 9.) Make stem by rolling up a scrap piece of tissue paper and rolling it up.

Color it with a marker if you want it to stand out more.

Tape it to the back

Step 10.) Add Tape it to the string. The way you space them is up to you but I recommend around 6inches.

Repeat these steps till you make enough pumpkins for your garland! Mine took me about an hour to finish :)
